In order to bring you the best possible selection and service, our warehouse is strategically located in the Miami area Florida US. Your order will be shipped based on available inventory and shipping destination. We're committed to giving you the most for your money. That's why almost everything you buy now ships FREE, and applies to shipments within the United States(lower 48 states) ONLY.

* Our FREE and Flat Rate shipping offers apply to orders shipping to destinations within the United States only. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses do not qualify. FREE and Flat Rate shipping does not apply to oversized/overweight.
The FREE Shipping offer will not apply to any order where partial shipments reduce the amount of qualifying purchases to less than $100.
Oversize or Overweight Items
Some restrictions apply to oversized or overweight items (Oversized - Over 50lbs or Over 8") are not covered by our Free or Flat Rate shipping. These shipments will be made by truck freight at our discretion. For any shipments requested to be made by another carrier, that carrier’s normal shipping rates may apply.
Alternate shipping addresses
We realize there are many reasons a customer may wish to ship to an address other that the credit card billing address. Our first priority is your security. In order to protect you, our customer, from potential credit card fraud, we must confirm the alternate shipping address.
The best way to facilitate this would be for you to call your credit card company, using the telephone number on the back of your credit card, and ask them to register the alternate address on your account. This will not change your billing address, it will only add the alternate shipping address to your account. We apologize for any inconvenience but by taking this action you are helping us to provide you with the highest level of security against credit card fraud. Please note that if we do need to obtain manual authorization from your credit card company, there may be a delay in shipping your order. We reserve the right not to ship to an alternate shipping address if we cannot verify it.
Sales Tax
Florida state sales tax of 7.00% will apply to orders shipping to or within Florida.
Shipping Damage Claims
Any claims for goods damaged in shipment MUST be made within 30 days of receipt of product. Otherwise, the shipping companies will not honor the claim. NO shipping claims can be made after 30 days.
